What you must know before going paragliding or paramotoring

In India, it's commonplace to see rule books thrown out of the window, especially at tourist destinations where activities like paragliding and paramotoring are largely offered by novices who operate tandem-flying unregulated. In an incident last week in Karnataka, an Indian Navy officer died while paramotoring in Karwar, when an alleged engine malfunction led to both the main pilot and the navy officer Madhusudan Reddy plunging into the sea below.
