How IPL teams have come up with innovative fan engagement ideas

Instead of its usual tournament window of April-May, this year the much-delayed T20 league is happening in the September-November window, which opened up after the ICC T20 World Cup was postponed. The tournament of course could not be staged at its usual time because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This time the tournament is being played in just three stadiums in the UAE, instead of the home-away format in India.
