IPL 2020 nears, stakeholders share concerns

As the 13th edition of the IPL nears, and a much-delayed schedule is finally out, multiple stakeholders point out anomalies the BCCI needs to look into at some point in time. Three franchises, for instance, cannot fathom why the IPL machinery, despite requests pending for almost seven to eight years now, are not allowing them to play overseas.
